Graduates 鈥 Order your Cap and Gown
Custom designed keepsake academic regalia for students who have applied for graduation. To order your cap and gown, please follow the instructions below.
- Go to:
- Click on the 鈥淥rder Now鈥 button under 鈥淐ap & Gown鈥
- Enter your Nassau ID # (N00------) in the search field and click 鈥淪earch鈥
- When your name appears, click on 鈥淐ongratulations! Order your graduation products here!鈥 (If your name does not appear please follow up with Registrar to confirm that you applied for graduation. Please note that there may be a delay from the time you apply for graduation to when you may order your graduation regalia.)
- From the 鈥淪elect an option鈥 drop down menu choose 1 of 2 options:
- Option 1: Pick up Cap and Gown at Campus Store (free of charge)
- Once selected, the Ceremony Date and Degree Type will be shown. Click on 鈥淪HOP鈥
- Choose the 鈥淐ap & Gown鈥 tab
- The first choice 鈥淕raduation Regalia鈥 includes a Cap, Gown, Tassel, and Hood. There is no charge for these items. (Please note that other options/packages selected may incur an additional charge.)
- Click 鈥淐lick to Show Contents鈥
- Click 鈥淰iew Full Details鈥
- Fill out your information and click 鈥淎dd to Cart鈥 when you are finished
- Complete your order
Note: The last day to order your Cap and Gown online to be picked up at the NCC Campus Store is Thursday, April 3, 2025.
- Option 2: Ship Cap and Gown Home (out of pocket shipping charges will be applied)
- Once selected, the Ceremony Date and Degree Type will be shown. Click on 鈥淪HOP鈥
- Choose the 鈥淐ap & Gown鈥 tab
- The first choice 鈥淕raduation Regalia鈥 includes a Cap, Gown, Tassel, and Hood. There is no charge for these items. (Please note that other options/packages selected may incur an additional charge.)

- Click 鈥淰iew Full Details鈥
- Fill out your information and click 鈥淎dd to Cart鈥 when you are finished

Note: The last day to order your Cap and Gown online to be shipped to your home is Friday, April 25, 2025. Orders placed after this date may incur additional fees.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- There is no additional charge for the cap, gown, hood, and tassel 鈥 These are yours to keep.
- As noted above, there are two ways to obtain your Cap and Gown:
- Pick up your cap and gown at the NCC Campus Store, located on Duncan Avenue next to
Building V (free of charge). - The last date to place an order for store pick up is Thursday, April 3, 2025.
- You may pick up your regalia at the Campus Store from May 1 鈥 May 21 (until 12 p.m.)
- You will need to bring a photo ID when picking up your regalia.
- Have your cap and gown shipped to you (out of pocket shipping charges will be applied).
- The last day to place an order for home shipping is Friday, April 25, 2025.
- Orders placed for home shipping will ship within 2-3 weeks from order date.
- All shipping orders will have shipping updates emailed to the student鈥檚 NCC email address.

Note: If you have not placed your regalia order by the online deadline of Friday, April 25, 2025, late orders will still be accepted on the website until Wednesday, May 7, 2025. These orders will have expedited shipping fees added to the order.
After the online order deadline, you may also obtain a cap and gown package at the
NCC Campus Store starting Thursday, May 1, 2025 with a photo ID. Available sizes and options will be on a first-come, first-served
basis.
Faculty and Staff Regalia Ordering
Faculty and staff who wish to rent academic regalia for the Commencement Ceremony should reserve their rental online at . The deadline for faculty and staff to place their regalia order for the May 2025 ceremony is Thursday, April 10, 2025.
